Its position is excellent, it's facing to the sea, but my room is behind of a room that have a better view. It's very quiet there, suitable for vacation, and the stuff is very kind, also helped us book the ticket.
As it's a cliff, the road is kind of hard to walk especially with big luggage, of course they have Tu-tu to help moving the luggage. The price is so high but exclude the WiFi, maybe they would give free WiFi for better. And the position is not so good, we need to hire motorbike to buy something or to the beach.

Excellent view over sea, nice big and clean room, quiet location but still close to Karon / Patong with free transport twice per day.
Steep cliff with a lot of stair to walk so not place for people with bad legs. You need transport if you want to go to Karon / Patong.
